I just placed my order and selected the "Free Shipping" option. When can I expect delivery?
All orders placed on our website are processed within 24 business hours. If the item was showing as "In Stock", it will ship within 24 business hours and a tracking number will be email to you. Use this tracking number to see the expected arrival date. If the item is "On Order," someone on our team will contact you with an expected arrival time. If the time line is acceptable, your order will be placed in cue and processed the same day the item/s arrives. You will be sent an email with a tracking number when it is sent. If you do not want to wait for the item to come in, we will cancel your order immediately. If item/s are time sensitive, it is best to call or email us to confirm stock status. Most of our items are unique and handmade, and are subject to quick sell outs. We process all orders on a "first come, first served" basis.

I know this designer/artist's work, and I don't see the item I want. Can you special order it for me?
Absolutely! We welcome special orders! We do our best to carry and stock a wide selection of our favorite artists and designers. Most of them are very prolific and maintain large collections, so there may be something available that we are not currently featuring. We are happy to order in something for you at no extra charge. *Please note that we carry a very large selection of Coeur de Lion jewelry in our Sarasota store.

I love your maps, but don't see the area I want, nor do I want to do a custom map. Do you take requests?
Yes! Submit a request on our Nautical Woodmap website.

I love your inspirational quote jewelry, but I don't see the quote I want. Do you do custom engraving?
We work with many artists and designers. The quote you are looking for may be available! Email us with it and we will do our best to find it, or suggest something that is available.

Do your items ever go on sale?
Not often. Designers and artists will, from time to time, offer discounts that we happily promote. Every now and again we will have a store wide sale where a coupon can be applied to any item in our store or on our website. Make sure you have signed up to receive our Emails so that you will be notified when we do!

Do you match prices?
Yes, if you find an item at a lower price on a different site, we are happy to match it, so long as the it is not a clearance or flash sale or on a foreign (overseas) or 3rd party site like ebay. We are very competitively priced, so we are grateful for the opportunity to give you the best price available.
