Shopping on the website was easy, with excellent representation of the spirit tiles, accurate colors etc. It was also user friendly, especially when purchasing items as a gift. The shipment came quickly and was well packaged and protected. What was particularly amazing was the beautifully handwritten gift note in a black envelope and gold ink. It just made a beautiful gift. I haven’t peeked at the actual spirit tile yet, as it is also beautifully wrapped so I will need to wait for a few more days. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing gifts from The Giving Tree, without reservation.

I rarely shop online with any store but the big names (e.g., Amazon, Nordstrom, Chico's). I found The Giving Tree when I needed a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. This was my first purchase from the store, and I ordered the item online. The next day, I called the store just to ask about my order, and I spoke to a wonderful sales person. They shipped the item that day, and it was delivered by her birthday. My daughter-in-law loved the item (two points for mother-in-law). It's a great place to shop!
The most beautiful packaging I have seen in years! Although customer service was excellent, and the website is very good, I am planning on purchasing gifts here due almost entirely to the care and quality of the boxing and wrapping. What a joy to see some old fashioned customer service!

Clear and beautifully presented website and the widest selection of VSA I could find. But the most satisfying part of the shopping experience was receiving confirmation from an actual person, who provided the shipping details of the two items I ordered and confirmed their delivery in time for my mother's birthday.
