Returns & Exchanges & Repairs

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order or take it back for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.*  Please contact us by filling out the form below to obtain a Return Authorization number and instructions. We are more than happy to help make suggestions for exchanges.  Please indicate your desired outcome in the form below and we will do our very best to assist.  We will respond to your request within one business day. Please do not send back without a Return Authorization number, as this will delay processing time.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item is in need of repair or servicing, please fill out the form below. We will contact you within one business day regarding next steps to assess the repair. 

Items must be sent back in their original condition, new and unworn, to qualify for an exchange or full refund. We will notify you within 1 business day once we have received your package and process your request. Please allow refunds and credits 24-48 hours to post to your credit card or PayPal account. Please alert us of any delay.

*Sale items, custom orders, and all Cricket Forge products are final and may not be returned or exchanged. Custom orders are items that are not pictured on our website and ring sizes that are smaller than a 6 and larger than an 8.5.

If you opted in to a Route Protection Plan and your package arrived damaged, or is lost or stolen, please file a claim via the email sent to you from Route or via the Route app.  (Search your inbox with "Route" to pull up results quickly.) If you need assistance, please contact us and we will file the claim on your behalf.  Otherwise, if you opted out of a Route Protection Plan, please fill out the form below.
