*Free Shipping* is offered on most items within the Continental 48 US States. Select Free Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.
*At the discretion of the artist, Kinzig Design Lamps do not ship for free, there is a flat rate at check out.
When you place an order, shipping options and delivery time lines will be presented at check out. Please note, the time lines represent the amount of time it will take for delivery when the item ships. Most in stock items ship within 24 business hours. Our customer service team will alert you within 1 business days if your item is a special order and won't ship immediately. If you place a made to order or special order item, delivery time lines will be the shipping option you choose + special order time line. If your item is time sensitive, we are happy to assist and provide real time shipping estimates.
All Kinzig Design and QLOCKTWO orders will require a signature at delivery.
ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally. The list of countries we ship to will present at check out. If you don't see yours listed, please contact us. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please also note, some countries require duties and/or import fees on packages shipped from the US. The fees vary by country and by type of item being shipped. The Giving Tree Gallery is not responsible for said duties and fees and highly suggests discovering your countries current policies regarding the matter as they change often.
ON ORDERING
We process all orders within 24 business hours. In stock shipments ship out within 24 business hours. If you purchased a backordered/special item, we will contact you within 1 business day with an estimated timeline of fulfillment as well as options to either hold, amend or cancel your order. Some items ship directly from the designer/artisan. You will be sent tracking information when the order has been processed so that you can track your package.

If you choose to opt out of Route's Protection Plan, The Giving Tree Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For packages that arrive damaged, please save any and all packaging and contact us immediately, as we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. All orders over $400 without a Route Protection Plan will require a signature at delivery.
