A: Yes! As premier authorized retailers, we are happy to special order any piece from a designer's catalog.
Q: How long does it take to receive an order?
A: All in stock orders ship within 24 (business) hours. Out of stock items vary considerably, so best to reach out for current time lines.
Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: YES! We take great pride in our FREE luxury gift wrap presentation. Gift wrap options will present to you at checkout. Select the gift wrap/note options you'd like and we will wrap in matte black gift wrap with a gold satin bow and include your customized note.
Q: What if Mom doesn't like what I gifted her?
A: We will personally see to it that Mom finds something she loves. our concierge team will guide and assist her. if we don't succeed, we are happy to issue a full refund within 30 days.
